I am a woman. I already know a little about life, but I am not all-wise and I certainly do not consider myself a paragon of all virtues. I draw on my personal experiences, pains, and joys, but I don’t want to give you advice. I’ll rather guide you because, in the end, you are the best expert on yourself anyway.<\/p>\n
I know what I want. I know what I don’t. Usually. I love to laugh. Often. Frequently to myself. I know what I am capable of and I am very often perceived as brave, courageous, strong and tough. Although, deep inside I’m vulnerable, highly sensitive and also very often afraid. Yet I don’t give up on myself. Because I want to follow my unique path with passion, love, and freedom. I believe that uniqueness is a way to be. And treating myself with kindness is a way to do.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n I’m an overthinker through and through. I’m great at analyzing, thinking deep and hard and sometimes around three corners. I know how to structure, how to make sense of things, how to bring order to chaos and system to disorder. I don’t miss a detail. As a perfectionist with a sense of beauty, I appreciate purity, maximum simplicity, and perfection. And yet, I am fallible and perfectly imperfect. Oh, and I already know that I’m good enough anyway.<\/p>\n In my spare time, you’ll most likely find me running through the woods and over the hills, gazing at the ocean waves, head up on a yoga mat, dancing to the rhythm of salsa or bachata on the dance floor, singing while stirring the pot in the kitchen, or behind the bar at the coffeemaker. My lifestyle combines wild nature with vibrant cities and sacred alone time. Nature recharges me, as do deep, quality relationships. I am passionate about capturing my life through photography and journaling. As soon as I have enough courage, I’ll publish it too\u00a0\ud83d\ude42<\/p>\n I am fascinated by Eastern teachings, (Zen)Buddhism. It inspires me with pure being in the present, simplicity, non-evaluation and non-comparison, and responsibility for one’s experience. I love the complex concept of man as a being interconnected in heart, body, soul, and mind. I am a practitioner of Vedic meditation. And one day I intend to achieve full enlightenment \ud83d\ude42<\/p>\n I love to explore, experiment, experience, stare, discover and wonder. I allow myself to be captivated by everyday things as well as extraordinary moments. Whether in different regions, various cultures, between people or within myself. I like to work on myself.
